Moving to London and overwhelmed with the options? I totally get it.

I moved here – sight unseen – for the first time in 2014. I had never been to London, and was immediately intimidated by the sheer size alone.

In the last decade, I’ve gotten to know the city pretty darn well, and I know which areas you should consider based on your requirements and situation.

Here I’ve compiled this simple quiz that will give you a good idea of general areas you should check out according to your budget, housing requirements, social life, and personality.

My “Where Should I Live in London” Quiz will give you a result based on what transport zones you should consider: see the official TFL map here.

Zone 1 is Central London – the epicenter of it all. Zone 2 is the next band out, and so on until you get to Zone 7.

Finding the perfect flat; location doesn't matter as much as a nice interior.
